All my photographs are sold on Displate as Fine Art metal prints. This guide brings together the practical information worth knowing before you buy: what you receive, sizes and finishes, mounting, suitable wall surfaces, shipping, and what happens if you need to cancel, return or report a problem with an order.
What you are buying
A Displate is a decorative print on a rigid stainless-steel plate, ready to hang.
Sizes, weight and thickness
- M: 45 × 32 cm, approx. 0.70 kg, 3.5 mm.
- L: 67.5 × 48 cm, approx. 1.40 kg, 3.5 mm; standard mounting uses two magnets.
- XL: 90 × 64 cm, approx. 2.80 kg, made from four M-size plates; currently matte according to the FAQ.
Mounting
Use the official Displate mounting instructions. Avoid wallpaper, brick, heavily textured, uneven or slanted walls and very humid rooms.
Care and cleaning
Clean gently with a damp cloth and a small amount of dishwashing liquid. Avoid sustained water, high humidity and direct sunlight.
Ordering, payment and changes
- Price depends on size, finish, extras, promotions and destination.
- Payment methods vary by location and are shown at checkout.
- Displate sends an email confirmation.
- Cancellation is currently available during the first 3 hours before processing.
Manufacturing, shipping and tracking
Displate’s official shipping and returns page currently gives an expected 3–4 business days including manufacturing, shipping and handling. Checkout is the best reference for a specific order.
Returns, refunds and exchanges
Use the official Right of Withdrawal form to start a return. Direct exchanges are not offered.
Warranty and support
